I felt it was important to depict the Ty characters in CGI.  While a photo of the toys would have worked, the immediate connection to digital content was more efficient with this decision. The characters were built in mid-poly 3D, then textured with Keyshot.  With some additional Photoshop work, I had an awesome digital reproduction of the Happy Meal toy. Conversion to low poly models were used for the games.   

Digitally created characters were used as character introductions to each game.

This flight game allowed full control over the direction of the lead character by tilting their device in the direction they wish to fly.  Players had to collect the colored gems keyed to each character before time ran out.

Quick rotational movement was needed to pick up the gem and pass it off to the awaiting Sage.

Players had to maneuver Neptune through a craggy underwater environment.  The gem had to be passed off to an awaiting Levi.  His glowing eyes helped in this journey through the dark waters to the bottom of the ocean.
